I provide emotional, practical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks after birth.  

Services include:  

- Birth preparation support 

- Continuous labor and birth support (Doula services) 

- Postpartum / early weeks support 

- Breastfeeding support and guidance 

- Babywearing consultation 

- Parent and family support in early parenthood

The focus is on non-medical, holistic, and family-centered support for expectant and new parents.

Services available in English and German. I also speak some Swedish and continue to improve my Swedish skills.
